Carmarthenshire Karate’s next junior club tournament is coming up on the 21st April at Carmarthen Karate Club. This is the event where new competitors in particular are encouraged to try competition karate for the first time, if it is of interest to them because everyone taking part is given several opportunities on the mat. Together with our existing junior squad, this will be an opportunity for everyone to stake their claim for a position in our junior squad ready for the next championships that we will be attending.
The categories will be grouped according to size and age where possible, according to the following approximate times:
- 3pm to 4:30pm, 7-9 years (approx.)
- 4:30pm to 6pm, 10-13 years (approx.)
Please contact your club instructor if you’re unsure which session will be most appropriate.
